The controller owns and operates studiovmeste.sk and rents out the Studio > meste venue at Hurbanovo námestie 3, Bratislava.

• Identification and contact data from the forms: name, e-mail, phone (if provided), message body.
• Booking data: date, time window, guest count, event type.
• Technical data required to demonstrate consent and protect against abuse: IP address, submission timestamp, request ID.

• Handling of your inquiry or booking — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
• Record-keeping of submissions and proof of consent — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest to prevent abuse).
• Personal data is not processed for marketing without your separate explicit consent.

Personal data is processed solely by the controller and its authorised staff. We do not share data with third parties except the web-hosting provider acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Contact form messages: up to 2 years after last communication.
• Booking inquiries: up to 3 years after the event took place or was declined (for accounting and tax evidence).
• After the retention period the data is irreversibly deleted.

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. All data is stored on servers in Slovakia.

As a data subject you have the right:

• of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16),
• to erasure (“right to be forgotten”, Art. 17),
• to restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• to data portability (Art. 20),
• to object to processing (Art. 21),
• to withdraw consent at any time,
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
